The Opportunity:
As our Assessment Operations Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our assessment operations capabilities. This role demands a blend of strategic vision and operational expertise, ensuring the seamless design, development, and delivery of our assessment projects and trials. You’ll lead the delivery of large scale assessment projects working with government clients such as STA and Ofqual, on a variety of themes such as the Programme for International Student Assessment, Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study, Progress in International Reading Literacy Study. Your leadership will ensure our operations are efficient, effective, and continue to meet the high standards our clients have come to expect.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Design and execute operational strategies that enhance our assessment delivery, driving innovation and excellence to secure new work.
Resource Management: Skilfully cost and manage resources and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, fostering collaboration and shared success.
Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives that refine our processes, ensuring our operations remain at the forefront of operational excellence.
Team Development: Lead and inspire your team, nurturing a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and professional growth.

What we offer:
- A significant role in shaping future outcomes in education, with a competitive salary range of £56,000 - £64,000, reviewed annually.
