Do you want to support a significant Transformation Programme to transform the underlying capabilities of the organisation and enable us to increase our impact on education systems around the world, helping to improve outcomes for children and young people? If so, join NFER as a Programme Support Officer and make a positive, lasting impact in a leading independent charity with a worldwide reputation.
At NFER, our mission is to improve outcomes for future generations everywhere and to support positive change across education systems worldwide. We do this by creating and sharing research evidence and insights on education policy and practice, informing policymakers and other key decision-makers and strengthening practice in the classroom.
You will provide comprehensive support to the Transformation Programme including administration of briefings, meetings and other team-related matters, and the necessary supporting infrastructure and services to ensure that the programme is being efficiently and effectively directed, managed and delivered.
You will be good with data and provide a reporting service to the three strands of the Transformation Programme, collating base data and generating reports for multiple audiences through aggregated data, as well as providing a secretariat function for relevant boards.
Your administration skills will be tested as you will be the custodian of the programmes information, holding master copies of all programme information, maintaining, controlling and updating programme documentation, establishing and maintaining an electronic library of programme information, and ultimately ensuring that the programme team are able to gain access to the correct version of documents and share information.
