With our growing portfolio of international work we are looking for a Bid Support Manager with an international focus, to join our team of bids and business development experts. In this newly create role you will work alongside technical experts to manage the development of high-quality, winning proposals primarily relating to our International Reform work. Typically, you’ll be working on proposals to deliver assessment development and capacity building work in the schools sector and evaluations of programmes designed to improve teaching and learning. You’ll be submitting proposals to governments, donors, NGOs and philanthropies.
To be successful in this role you’ll need to be strong at communicating technical information in a clear and concise manner and be great at working with other internal and external colleagues to shape a winning bid.
Requirements
-Experience in writing and/or evaluating bespoke proposals within Low Middle Income Countries (LMIC) including Sub Saharan Africa (SSA)
-Extensive experience of leading the development of bids, supporting bid positioning and liaising with partners
-A track record within a bidding environment and good understanding of best practice bidding methods and processes
-Pragmatic, solution-focused, flexible and collegiate
-Excellent writing and quality assurance skills
-Ability to work at pace and keep calm under pressure.
